Are you being used?

Are you being used in ways that are detrimental and destructive to your relationship; even to your well-being?

If you do feel you are being used, you need to take some action. Although your partner may not be being deliberately malicious; they are obviously being thoughtless and selfish.

First you need to find out which. And then you need to do something to change things.

Talk to them; and explain how their behavior is making you unhappy. Blaming the action and not the person is always more effective when you want someone to make changes.
